Herbal Energetics; A Journey Through Taste and Essence
The depth these herbs work at never ceases to amaze me.
Today, we spent 4.5 hours in deep, respectful work with three of the most sacred plant allies—and what unfolded was powerful.
Without even realising it, I’d chosen one herb from each of the great herbal systems:

Tulsi the holy basil of Ayurveda, revered for her clarity and devotion.

Wood Betony the wise and grounded healer of Western traditions, guardian of the mind

Passionflower the dreamy, heart-soothing spirit of the Americas
Together, they worked in the most magical and unexpected ways—bringing emotional healing that landed deeply in every single person. Plant spirit connection, herbs that reminded the physical and emotional what needs to be done.
We witnessed first hand how the sequence and synergy of herbs entering the body matters. How they move through us—not just physically, but emotionally and energetically.
These three herbs held us in a container of release, renewal, comfort, and protection. Through guided meditation and visualisation, we journeyed through layers of the psyche, through the body, and into the spirit.
Some major shite shifting happened today—and I feel so grateful to be able to hold space for that.
To work on yourself so that you can work better with your animals is part of the journey we provide.
Its special, its unique and its flipping awesome!
🌿 To get the most out of this session, I invite you to arrive with a warm cup of Tulsi (ocimum sanctum) herbal infusion to begin our journey together.
You will also need a sample to taste passiflora (passiflora incarnata) and woodbetony (Stachy betonica).
To make your tea: simply steep 1–2 teaspoons of dried Tulsi in hot water for 10–15 minutes, cover it with a lid to preserve the volatile oils, and bring it with you to the session.
Please also have a small sample of each herb we’ll explore — Tulsi, Wood Betony, and Passionflower — along with pen and paper, a few coloured pencils or crayons, and, most importantly, an open heart. These tools will support your connection as we journey through the essence, taste, and spirit of each plant.
